Fixes
Fixed failure in the "performance" information when decrypting files by "secret-key", which erroneously counted the time spent by the user to type the key, therefore indicating a performance below the real one.
Fixed failure when accessing Explorer when the user tried to encrypt a file protected by a secret key and gave up before informing the key, causing an unhandled exception and aborting the program.
